 On behalf of the Orillia Spring Blues Festival volunteer committee we are requesting your financial support. We maintain our non-profit status using revenue generated from venue fees. While last year we collected approximately $5,000.00 in these venue fees, more then $14,500.00 was spent on printing, advertising, and the miscellaneous promotional costs related to implementing a festival of this scale. You can help by becoming an Official Sponsor or Friend of the Blues..
As an Official Sponsor, your business name will appear on 30,000 placemats. These placemats are widely distributed around Orillia. Your business logo, website and/or email link will be featured on our new website. Arrangements have been made to display signage with your logo, supplied by you, in selected venues during the festival. You will also receive two event buttons, tickets to the kick-off event featuring Downchild Blues Band and Jumpin' Dunkin and the Blooze Daddy's. As a sponsor you will receive a signed limited edition issue of this year's poster courtesy of R.C. Douglas Studios. Proceeds from the 2002 poster are being donated to promote youth arts in and around the Orillia area further benefiting our community. For those of you who would like to become a sponsor we are asking for a minimum donation of $500.00.
Sponsorship can also be achieved for those limited to smaller budgets by becoming a Friend of the Blues. For this we are asking for a minimum donation of $100.00. As a Friend of the Blues, your name or business name will appear on 30,000 placemats. These placemats are widely distributed around Orillia.
